Can you hold something for me?
Yes. Text us or fill in the hold form with the piece and your size, and we keep it behind the counter for 24 hours. On drop days, holds open at 11am with everyone else.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
Series pieces don't. Once a run is gone, it's gone. The Block Tee and the Grid Cap are restocked every few weeks and never sell out for long.
How do your fits run?
Boxy and a little long. Most people size down for a closer fit. Every product has the measurements of each size, and you're welcome to try anything on in the store.
What's your return policy?
Within 14 days, unworn and with the tags on, for a refund or store credit. Print Lab orders are made for you, so they can't be returned.
Do you deliver?
Free anywhere in New York City on orders over $150, usually the next day. Free shipping anywhere in the US over $200.
What's the smallest Print Lab order?
24 shirts for screen printing and 12 pieces for embroidery. Names and numbers have no minimum. Rush orders are ready in 4 days for $75.
